Yak and Sack


In summer workouts, premier NFL quarterbacks retain muscle memory and sharp skills with endless training and drills.  This translates into effectiveness during the regular season -- eluding defenders, maintaining field vision, and focusing on coverage pattern development without having to interrupt one's concentration.  To achieve success, only the subconscious can direct the footwork, mobility, posture, and throwing-motion mechanics.
