The principal Marine biologist at the Scripps Institution has finally developed a device to attract whales in the open seas using their own language with targeted dialects, idioms, locution, abbreves, and street cred.   This will make things substantially easier to attach tracking devices and gain a better understanding of behavior patterns, migration routes, who is trending, et al.
