Olympic distance runners never get a vacation.  The competition comes by every four years, but that's the only break in the routine.  They train through nasty weather, cold and flu, mud and snow, bruises and blisters, cramps and stitches.  But it always pays off.

Prying Mantis

Revealed today -- the USA Olympic swim team coach let it slip where they've been training.  They needed a pool of great length and little traffic, something near an airport.
